our services, including WhatsApp API, call center solutions, and other platforms.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
- Send a request via email to contact@omnelio.com
- Include your registered email address or phone number used with our services for identity verification
- Requests may also be submitted through our customer support platform, if available
2. Data That Can Be Deleted
- Personal contact information (name, email address, phone number)
- Chat history and message content from WhatsApp or call center interactions
- Account-related preferences and configuration settings
3. Timeframe
We aim to process valid data deletion requests within 30 days
of receipt. Certain data may remain temporarily in secure backups for
legal or operational purposes but will be permanently removed in
accordance with our data retention policies.
4. Confirmation
Once your data deletion request has been completed, a confirmation
email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
